Over the years I have collected several insights & learnings on what I started to call a “Performance Culture”. Such Performance Culture is a balanced & fruitful combination of both a performance orientation ànd a healthy cultural environment. An organisation that focuses both on the ‘what’ and the ‘how’, propelled by a strong purpose (the ‘why’). A context in which performance and culture start to mutually strengthen each other in self-reinforcing positive loops.
