About Me
During summer 2021 I decided to take the plunge and to put my 20 years of business experience forward to companies, supporting them in their pursuit of future sustainable growth.
I learnt that in an ever-changing environment, companies can only thrive & survive with a clear purpose and a sound strategy. Moreover, if those are well executed companies can build a strong culture, a unique profile and upwards momentum. That’s why I started to advise organizations on those fundamental strategic challenges.
Marketing expertise
As a marketeer I learned the job in renowned consumer-oriented companies in various areas. Ranging from telecom to beverages, from ‘regular’ dairy to 100% vegetable products. A mix of ‘fast moving’ yoghurts and ‘slow moving’ spirits, but always focused on the customer or the consumer.
It was a fantastic learning curve with a positive balance of lessons learned and successes achieved. I am very proud to have built several lovebrands such as Alpro and Aperol Spritz. While doing so I had the big privilege to coach fantastic teams.
General Management
In 2014 I was promoted as Managing Director for the Benelux organisation of Campari Group. Again, a fantastic time focusing on brands but even more, a golden opportunity to make further steps in strategy development, people management and leadership.
I am very grateful and proud that -based on a strong company culture- we have built Campari Benelux as the fastest growing player in the Nielsen charts for 7 years in a row, as a top 3 player in the industry and a Great Place To Work.
Brands are my lifelong passion and I combine this with my experience in different leadership roles, managing teams & commercial business.
